Understanding Delta 9 THC (D9)

Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, commonly known as Delta-9 THC or simply D9, is the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis. It’s the molecule responsible for the “high” that’s typically associated with marijuana use. However, D9 is not exclusive to marijuana; it’s also present in hemp, though in much lower concentrations.

Legal Limits of D9 and the 2018 Farm Bill

Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products are legal as long as they contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. This federal law allows for the production and sale of hemp products nationwide, provided they adhere to this strict THC limit.

Our Product and Compliance with Legal Standards

Our THC seltzers are crafted with care to ensure they comply fully with the 2018 Farm Bill. Each seltzer contains a hemp-derived Delta-9 THC concentration that is precisely measured to be within the legal limit of 0.3% by dry weight. This means you can enjoy the psychoactive effects of D9 responsibly and legally without exceeding the threshold established by federal law.

By staying within this limit, our products deliver the benefits and enjoyment of Delta-9 THC while remaining compliant with national regulations, ensuring you get a safe, legal, and consistent experience every time.
